The current students, alumni, faculty, and staff of the dual-degree program are committed to the study of both the natural and built environments. Current students have the opportunity to pursue concentrations, or tracks, within each individual program, further allowing them to narrow their fields of study. Graduates of the dual-degree program have pursued opportunities in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. Private sector options include environmental consulting, planning and urban design, landscape architecture, and sustainable design. There are also plenty of opportunities in the public sector, at the local, state, and federal levels, and across different agencies. Graduates in the non-profit sector have pursued careers in environmental policy, as well as environmental advocacy groups.
In both programs, faculty and staff are ready to assist students in acquiring the necessary credits, and to guide them toward their ideal program of study.
